Scope
This B2B website collects contact details, inquiry details, product interests, country/destination, trade term and anonymous technical identifiers only to answer wholesale inquiries, run security checks and improve the inquiry workflow.
Data handling
CRM exports do not expose plain IP addresses. IP data is converted to a hash before CRM use. Inquiry data may be stored in WordPress and synchronized to the TOPKNIVES CRM for sales follow-up.
